Featured engagement
A multi-strand Oracle engagement for the Ministry of Finance, Oman, spanning Oracle E-Business Suite support, BI Publisher development and an Oracle licensing review, with a flagship deliverable: an Oracle Analytics semantic model that turned hundreds of normalised tables into ten governed, bilingual, self-service subject areas that finance users across ministries and budget units can query without writing SQL.
Scope of work
End-to-end support for Oracle E-Business Suite: GL and Financials module customization, concurrent programs, workflow and approval processes including GL Chart of Accounts (COA) creation and update approvals, and operational reporting to keep core business processes running reliably.
Design and development of BI Publisher reports and templates, including data models, RTF and Excel layouts, bursting and scheduled delivery for accurate, well-formatted business and financial reporting.
An Oracle Analytics Server semantic model across physical, logical and presentation layers, exposing governed finance data for self-service analysis so business users build their own reports and dashboards without deep technical knowledge.
Assessment of current Oracle licensing against actual usage and deployment, identifying compliance gaps, optimization opportunities and cost-saving recommendations to align licensing with real business needs.
Flagship deliverable: the analytics semantic model
Financial data sat in hundreds of normalised E-Business Suite tables with cryptic column names and no consistent reporting layer. Users needed cross-process analysis, tracing a purchase order through to payment or comparing budget against actuals, plus bilingual Arabic and English presentation and a governed structure fit for public-sector audit and reconciliation.
A single business model projecting into ten conformed subject areas, so a measure returns the same value wherever it is queried. An eleven-segment chart of accounts modelled as conformed dimensions, each switching between Arabic and English by session language, with year-over-year comparison measures on a proper time dimension and over four hundred technical columns renamed into finance terminology.
Ten production-ready subject areas covering the full finance lifecycle, self-service reporting that removed the dependency on IT for new report columns, consistent reconcilable measures across every process, and a metadata-as-code build pipeline with automated validation that shortened release cycles and cut deployment defects.
Ten subject areas across the finance lifecycle, including

Common questions
If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp and you will usually get an answer the same working day.
We deliver from and into the USA, UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Australia. Remote delivery with scheduled on-site phases is our normal model, and we can staff on-site full time where a project requires it.
Yes, that is a large part of what we do. Enhancements, customizations, upgrades, disaster recovery and ongoing AMC support on Oracle EBS R12, including integration between EBS and newer systems such as Fusion Cloud or JadeedERP.
